Auction result misses estimated price range
This work of art by Hans Bohrdt could be acquired at Christies in London in May 2008 for an unexpectedly low price. In the Maritime auction, the work Running along the coast changed hands for GBP 875.00 (€ 1,113.04) - missing the lower end of the estimate range of GBP 1,000.00 – 1,500.00. Admittedly, works by Hans Bohrdt have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Rio de Janeiro in October 2007 with an auction result of EUR 8,160.00.
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt die Schätzpreisspanne
Dieses Kunstwerk von Hans Bohrdt konnte im Mai 2008 bei Christies in London für einen unerwartet niedrigen Preis ersteigert werden. In der Auktion Maritime wechselte die Arbeit Running along the coast für GBP 875,00 (€ 1.113,04) den Besitzer – und verfehlte damit das untere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne von GBP 1.000,00 – 1.500,00. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Hans Bohrdt auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Rio de Janeiro im Oktober 2007 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 8.160,00.
