Auction result misses estimated price range
This work of art by Hamed Abdalla could be acquired at Bruun Rasmussen in June this year for an unexpectedly low price. In the Modern paintings, sculptures and prints auction, the work Portrait changed hands for DKK 28,000.00 (€ 3,758.97) - missing the lower end of the estimate range of DKK 30,000.00 – 40,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Hamed Abdalla achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Ville Arab (Arab Town) in March last year with an auction result of GBP 138,600.00 (€ 164,325.90).
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt die Schätzpreisspanne
Dieses Kunstwerk von Hamed Abdalla konnte im Juni diesen Jahres bei Bruun Rasmussen für einen unerwartet niedrigen Preis ersteigert werden. In der Auktion Modern paintings, sculptures and prints wechselte die Arbeit Portrait für DKK 28.000,00 (€ 3.758,97) den Besitzer – und verfehlte damit das untere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne von DKK 30.000,00 – 40.000,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Hamed Abdalla erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Ville Arab (Arab Town) im März letzten Jahres mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 138.600,00 (€ 164.325,90).
