Auction result well in line with expectations
This work without title by H.M. Beatrix van Oranje-Nassau was sold in the European Noble and Private Collections auction at Christies in Amsterdam in September 2007. It changed hands for a price of EUR 3,250.00 achieving a result in the upper range of the estimate price range of EUR 2,500.00 – 3,500.00. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by H.M. Beatrix van Oranje-Nassau - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work A brown pony in a field, which sold at auction in December 2009 for EUR 8,125.00.
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Diese Arbeit ohne Titel von H.M. Beatrix van Oranje-Nassau wurde im September 2007 in der Auktion European Noble and Private Collections bei Christies in Amsterdam versteigert. Dabei wechselte sie für einen Preis von EUR 3.250,00 den Besitzer und erzielte damit ein Ergebnis im oberen Bereich der Schätzpreisspanne von EUR 2.500,00 – 3.500,00. Für andere Arbeiten von H.M. Beatrix van Oranje-Nassau mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit A brown pony in a field beobachtet, die im Dezember 2009 für EUR 8.125,00 versteigert wurde.
