Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
The work Wasted Again, 2008 by Guy Denning was sold in the Street Art auction at Artcurial in Paris in June 2009. Here, the upper estimate of EUR 1,600.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for EUR 1,785.00. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Guy Denning - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work The Second Expulsion - 2014, which sold at auction in June 2015 for EUR 6,000.00.
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Die Arbeit Wasted Again, 2008 von Guy Denning wurde im Juni 2009 in der Auktion Street Art bei Artcurial in Paris versteigert. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von EUR 1.600,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für EUR 1.785,00 einen neuen Besitzer. Für andere Arbeiten von Guy Denning mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit The Second Expulsion - 2014 beobachtet, die im Juni 2015 für EUR 6.000,00 versteigert wurde.
