Upper estimated price slightly exceeded

It achieved a price of USD 94,875.00 (€ 89,051.06), exceeding the upper end of the estimate range by 19%. Admittedly, works by Gustave Loiseau have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work L'hôtel de Mademoiselle Ernestine, Saint-Jouin (Finistère) ou Le verger de Mademoiselle Ernestine, Saint-Jouin in November 2021 with an auction result of USD 774,000.00 (€ 685,744.66).
