It achieved a price of USD 25,500.00 (€ 23,934.67), exceeding the upper end of the estimate range by 42%. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Gustave Loiseau achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work L'hôtel de Mademoiselle Ernestine, Saint-Jouin (Finistère) ou Le verger de Mademoiselle Ernestine, Saint-Jouin in November 2021 with an auction result of USD 774,000.00 (€ 685,744.66).
