Upper estimate price exceeded by more than 100%
This artwork by Gustave Loiseau achieved an unexpectedly high price at Bonhams in April this year. In the Impressionist & Modern Art auction, the work La plaine du Neubourg, la moisson sold for GBP 164,100.00 (€ 187,020.49) - well above the upper estimate of GBP 60,000.00. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Gustave Loiseau - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work L'hôtel de Mademoiselle Ernestine, Saint-Jouin (Finistère) ou Le verger de Mademoiselle Ernestine, Saint-Jouin, which sold at auction in November 2021 for USD 774,000.00 (€ 685,744.66).
Oberer Schätzpreis um mehr als 100% übertroffen
Dieses Kunstwerk von Gustave Loiseau erzielte im April diesen Jahres bei Bonhams einen unerwartet hohen Preis. In der Auktion Impressionist & Modern Art wurde die Arbeit La plaine du Neubourg, la moisson für GBP 164.100,00 (€ 187.020,49) versteigert – und damit weit über dem oberen Schätzpreis von GBP 60.000,00. Für andere Arbeiten von Gustave Loiseau mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit L'hôtel de Mademoiselle Ernestine, Saint-Jouin (Finistère) ou Le verger de Mademoiselle Ernestine, Saint-Jouin beobachtet, die im November 2021 für USD 774.000,00 (€ 685.744,66) versteigert wurde.
