This artwork by Gustave Cariot achieved an unexpectedly high price at Bonhams in London in October this year. In the Impressionist & Modern Art auction, the work Corps de ferme à l'automne sold for GBP 15,360.00 (€ 17,637.55) - well above the upper estimate of GBP 8,000.00. Admittedly, works by Gustave Cariot have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Prairial in November 2015 with an auction result of USD 131,250.00 (€ 124,266.24).

Dieses Kunstwerk von Gustave Cariot erzielte im Oktober diesen Jahres bei Bonhams in London einen unerwartet hohen Preis. In der Auktion Impressionist & Modern Art wurde die Arbeit Corps de ferme à l'automne für GBP 15.360,00 (€ 17.637,55) versteigert – und damit weit über dem oberen Schätzpreis von GBP 8.000,00. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Gustave Cariot auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Prairial im November 2015 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 131.250,00 (€ 124.266,24).
