Auction result misses estimated price range
This work of art by Gustav Schenk could be acquired at Christies in New York in July 2018 for an unexpectedly low price. In the MoMA: Tracing Photography's History auction, the work Untitled from Schöpfung aus dem Wassertropfen, 1954 changed hands for USD 750.00 (€ 640.70) - missing the lower end of the estimate range of USD 2,000.00 – 4,000.00. Other works by Gustav Schenk have also sold for higher prices; the highest price we have seen at auction so far was achieved in July 2018 by the work Untitled from Schöpfung aus dem Wassertropfen, 1954 at USD 1,500.00 (€ 1,281.39).

Dieses Kunstwerk von Gustav Schenk konnte im Juli 2018 bei Christies in New York für einen unerwartet niedrigen Preis ersteigert werden.
