Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Tête De Jeune Garçon Vietnamien (Head Of A Young Vietnamese Boy) by Gustave Hierholtz was auctioned at Sothebys in Hong Kong in April 2015. The estimated price for the artwork was previously given by the auction house with a range of HKD 50,000.00 – 80,000.00, the actual price achieved of HKD 56,250.00 (€ 6,500.85) could thus just exceed the lower estimate. Other works by Gustave Hierholtz have already achieved higher auction prices, for example, in April 2011 the work An Indochinese Buddhist Monk was auctioned for HKD 125,000.00 (€ 10,862.96).

Die Arbeit Tête De Jeune Garçon Vietnamien (Head Of A Young Vietnamese Boy) von Gustave Hierholtz kam im April 2015 bei Sothebys in Hong Kong zur Auktion. Der Schätzpreis für das Kunstwerk wurde von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit einer Spanne von HKD 50.000,00 – 80.000,00 angegeben, der tatsächlich erzielte Preis von HKD 56.250,00 (€ 6.500,85) konnte den unteren Schätzpreis somit knapp übertreffen.
