Auction result misses estimated price range
When the work Scorcio di paese con la neve by Guido Tallone was auctioned at Il Ponte in November 2017, the result was somewhat disappointing. The auction house had previously given the estimated price as a range of EUR 600.00 – 700.00, of which not even the lower limit was reached - in fact, the artwork changed hands for EUR 500.00. Admittedly, works by Guido Tallone have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Venezia in May 2008 with an auction result of EUR 2,600.00.
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt die Schätzpreisspanne
Als die Arbeit Scorcio di paese con la neve von Guido Tallone im November 2017 bei Il Ponte versteigert wurde, fiel das Ergebnis ein wenig enttäuschend aus. Das Auktionshaus hatte den Schätzpreis zuvor mit einer Spanne von EUR 600,00 – 700,00 angegeben, von der nicht einmal die Untergrenze erreicht wurde - tatsächlich wechselte das Kunstwerk für EUR 500,00 den Besitzer. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Guido Tallone auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Venezia im Mai 2008 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 2.600,00.
