Auction result misses estimated price range
In November 2017 a collector was able to acquire the work I papaveri di Torcello by Guido Tallone for EUR 1,000.00. This price was achieved in the auction Dipinti e Sculture del XIX e XX secolo at Il Ponte and was even below the estimate range of EUR 1,200.00 – 1,300.00 set by the auction house. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Guido Tallone - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Venezia, which sold at auction in May 2008 for EUR 2,600.00.
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt die Schätzpreisspanne
Im November 2017 konnte ein Sammler die Arbeit I papaveri di Torcello von Guido Tallone für EUR 1.000,00 erwerben. Dieser Preis wurde in der Auktion Dipinti e Sculture del XIX e XX secolo bei Il Ponte erzielt und lag noch unterhalb der von dem Auktionshaus angesetzten Schätzpreisspanne von EUR 1.200,00 – 1.300,00. Für andere Arbeiten von Guido Tallone mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit Venezia beobachtet, die im Mai 2008 für EUR 2.600,00 versteigert wurde.
