A top price for Guido Ricci - as previously expected
In November 2006 Christies in London held the auction 19th Century European Art, which included the work Haybarges on a North Italian lake by Guido Ricci. The price achieved of GBP 6,000.00 (€ 8,910.19) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as GBP 5,000.00 – 7,000.00. Even if this result could not surprise positively, Haybarges on a North Italian lake is the most expensive artwork by Guido Ricci that we have observed at auctions so far.
