In November 2007 Sothebys in London held the auction 19th Century Paintings including Spanish Painting and Symbolism & the Poetic Vision, which included the work Italian The Wedding Party by Guglielmo Innocenti. The »bidding war« ended at GBP 10,625.00 (€ 14,877.75), 52% above the upper estimate. Despite this good result, it is not the highest hammer price for an artwork by Guglielmo Innocenti; that achieved among the auctions we observed the lot Fête Champêtre sold at auction in May 2007 with the realized price of GBP 15,600.00 (€ 22,956.46).

Im November 2007 führte Sothebys in London die Auktion 19th Century Paintings including Spanish Painting and Symbolism & the Poetic Vision durch, in der auch die Arbeit Italian The Wedding Party von Guglielmo Innocenti zur Versteigerung kam. Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von GBP 10.625,00 (€ 14.877,75) und damit 52% über dem oberen Schätzpreis. Trotz des guten Ergebnisses ist dies nicht der höchste Zuschlag für ein Kunstwerk von Guglielmo Innocenti; den erzielte unter den von uns beobachteten Auktionen die Arbeit Fête Champêtre im Mai 2007 mit dem Hammerpreis von GBP 15.600,00 (€ 22.956,46).
