In the Tableaux 1400-1900 auction, the work Vue de Venise sold for EUR 35,000.00 - well above the upper estimate of EUR 18,000.00. Admittedly, works by Guglielmo Ciardi have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Italian a View Of St Marks Basin With The Punta Della Dogana in June 2017 with an auction result of GBP 212,500.00 (€ 241,997.85).

Dieses Kunstwerk von Guglielmo Ciardi erzielte im September 2016 bei Christies in Paris einen unerwartet hohen Preis. In der Auktion Tableaux 1400-1900 wurde die Arbeit Vue de Venise für EUR 35.000,00 versteigert – und damit weit über dem oberen Schätzpreis von EUR 18.000,00. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Guglielmo Ciardi auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Italian a View Of St Marks Basin With The Punta Della Dogana im Juni 2017 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 212.500,00 (€ 241.997,85).
