Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
The work Bagno Maria 2 by Günter Tuzina was sold in the Post-War and Contemporary Art auction at Christies in Amsterdam in April 2013. The »bidding war« ended at EUR 2,375.00 19% above the upper estimate. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Günter Tuzina - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Triest (Trieste), which sold at auction in April 2017 for EUR 6,875.00.

Die Arbeit Bagno Maria 2 von Günter Tuzina wurde im April 2013 in der Auktion Post-War and Contemporary Art bei Christies in Amsterdam versteigert. Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von EUR 2.375,00 und damit 19% über dem oberen Schätzpreis. Für andere Arbeiten von Günter Tuzina mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit Triest (Trieste) beobachtet, die im April 2017 für EUR 6.875,00 versteigert wurde.
