A top price for Gu Hongming - as previously expected
The work Calligraphy In Running Script by Gu Hongming was sold in the Chinese Painting and Calligraphy from the Four Seas auction at China Guardian in Hong Kong in October 2015. The price achieved of HKD 118,000.00 (€ 13,785.55) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as HKD 100,000.00 – 150,000.00. Even if this result could not surprise positively, Calligraphy In Running Script is the most expensive artwork by Gu Hongming that we have observed at auctions so far.
Ein Spitzenpreis mit Ansage
Die Arbeit Calligraphy In Running Script von Gu Hongming wurde im Oktober 2015 in der Auktion Chinese Painting and Calligraphy from the Four Seas bei China Guardian in Hong Kong versteigert. Der dabei erzielte Preis von HKD 118.000,00 (€ 13.785,55) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit HKD 100.000,00 – 150.000,00 angegeben worden.
