A top price for Gregorio Vardanega - as previously expected
In November 2015 Christies in New York held the auction Latin American Art, which included the work Pintura by Gregorio Vardanega. It changed hands for a price of USD 68,750.00 (€ 65,091.84) achieving a result in the upper range of the estimate price range of USD 50,000.00 – 70,000.00. Even if this result could not surprise positively, Pintura is the most expensive artwork by Gregorio Vardanega that we have observed at auctions so far.
Ein Spitzenpreis mit Ansage
Im November 2015 führte Christies in New York die Auktion Latin American Art durch, in der auch die Arbeit Pintura von Gregorio Vardanega zur Versteigerung kam. Dabei wechselte sie für einen Preis von USD 68.750,00 (€ 65.091,84) den Besitzer und erzielte damit ein Ergebnis im oberen Bereich der Schätzpreisspanne von USD 50.000,00 – 70.000,00. Auch wenn das Ergebnis damit nicht positiv überraschen konnte, ist Pintura das teuerste Kunstwerk von Gregorio Vardanega, das wir bisher bei Auktionen beobachtet haben.
