In June 2013 Artcurial held the auction Contemporary Art 2 — « Lumières et Géométries », which included the work Anemone Lumineuse, 1967 by Gregorio Vardanega. The »bidding war« ended at EUR 28,578.00 43% above the upper estimate. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Gregorio Vardanega - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Pintura, which sold at auction in November 2015 for USD 68,750.00 (€ 65,091.84).
Oberer Schätzpreis um 43 % übertroffen
Im Juni 2013 führte Artcurial die Auktion Contemporary Art 2 — « Lumières et Géométries » durch, in der auch die Arbeit Anemone Lumineuse, 1967 von Gregorio Vardanega zur Versteigerung kam. Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von EUR 28.578,00 und damit 43% über dem oberen Schätzpreis. Für andere Arbeiten von Gregorio Vardanega mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit Pintura beobachtet, die im November 2015 für USD 68.750,00 (€ 65.091,84) versteigert wurde.
