Auction result well in line with expectations
In May 2008 Christies in London held the auction The Irish Sale, which included the work Figures with a cat by Graham Knuttel. The price achieved of GBP 4,375.00 (€ 5,565.19) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as GBP 3,000.00 – 5,000.00. Other works by Graham Knuttel have already achieved higher auction prices, for example, in May 2007 the work The Sailor was auctioned for GBP 6,600.00 (€ 9,712.35).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Im Mai 2008 führte Christies in London die Auktion The Irish Sale durch, in der auch die Arbeit Figures with a cat von Graham Knuttel zur Versteigerung kam. Der dabei erzielte Preis von GBP 4.375,00 (€ 5.565,19) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit GBP 3.000,00 – 5.000,00 angegeben worden. Andere Arbeiten von Graham Knuttel konnten bereits höhere Auktionspreise erzielen, so wurde im Mai 2007 die Arbeit The Sailor für GBP 6.600,00 (€ 9.712,35) versteigert.
