Auction result well in line with expectations
The work The Painter's Hand with Bay Leaves by Graham Bell was sold in the Modern/British & Irish Art auction at Christies in London in November 2018. The price achieved of GBP 1,750.00 (€ 1,973.95) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as GBP 1,500.00 – 2,000.00. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Graham Bell - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work The Ante-Room, which sold at auction in November 2017 for GBP 6,000.00 (€ 6,810.89).

Der dabei erzielte Preis von GBP 1.750,00 (€ 1.973,95) lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit GBP 1.500,00 – 2.000,00 angegeben worden.
