Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Marzo di fiori. 1960. by Gottardo Segantini was sold in the Schweizer Kunst auction at Koller in June this year. The estimated price for the artwork was previously given by the auction house with a range of CHF 10,000.00 – 15,000.00, the actual price achieved of CHF 11,250.00 (€ 11,513.74) could thus just exceed the lower estimate. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Gottardo Segantini achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Blick Ins Oberengadin, 1947 View Into Upper Engadin, 1947 in November 2008 with an auction result of CHF 422,500.00 (€ 273,589.88).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Marzo di fiori. 1960. von Gottardo Segantini wurde im Juni diesen Jahres in der Auktion Schweizer Kunst bei Koller versteigert. Der Schätzpreis für das Kunstwerk wurde von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit einer Spanne von CHF 10.000,00 – 15.000,00 angegeben, der tatsächlich erzielte Preis von CHF 11.250,00 (€ 11.513,74) konnte den unteren Schätzpreis somit knapp übertreffen. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Gottardo Segantini erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Blick Ins Oberengadin, 1947 View Into Upper Engadin, 1947 im November 2008 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von CHF 422.500,00 (€ 273.589,88).
