Auction result well in line with expectations
In May this year Bonhams held the auction Scottish Art, which included the work Still life with a vase of flowers, fruit and a candelabra on a table by Glen Scouller. The price achieved of GBP 2,295.00 (€ 2,670.25) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as GBP 2,000.00 – 3,000.00. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Glen Scouller - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Crail Harbour, which sold at auction in March 2002 for GBP 5,287.50 (€ 8,643.67).
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Im Mai diesen Jahres führte Bonhams die Auktion Scottish Art durch, in der auch die Arbeit Still life with a vase of flowers, fruit and a candelabra on a table von Glen Scouller zur Versteigerung kam.
