In December 2013 Il Ponte held the auction Modern and Contemporary Art | Silver and Decorative Objects, which included the work Senza titolo by Giuseppe Spagnulo. The »bidding war« ended at EUR 7,000.00 40% above the upper estimate. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Giuseppe Spagnulo - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Senza Titolo, which sold at auction in November 2005 for EUR 24,180.00.
Oberer Schätzpreis um 40 % übertroffen
Im Dezember 2013 führte Il Ponte die Auktion Modern and Contemporary Art | Silver and Decorative Objects durch, in der auch die Arbeit Senza titolo von Giuseppe Spagnulo zur Versteigerung kam. Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von EUR 7.000,00 und damit 40% über dem oberen Schätzpreis. Für andere Arbeiten von Giuseppe Spagnulo mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit Senza Titolo beobachtet, die im November 2005 für EUR 24.180,00 versteigert wurde.
