In the Old Master and British Drawings and Watercolours auction, the work The Virgin and Child with saints and angels (recto); A study of a mounted warrior and a pair of figures (verso) sold for GBP 12,600.00 (€ 14,700.38) - well above the upper estimate of GBP 6,000.00. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Giuseppe Passeri - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work The Madonna And Child In Glory, Attended By A Company of Angels, which sold at auction in July 2006 for GBP 31,200.00 (€ 45,673.14).

Dieses Kunstwerk von Giuseppe Passeri erzielte im Juli diesen Jahres bei Christies in London einen unerwartet hohen Preis. In der Auktion Old Master and British Drawings and Watercolours wurde die Arbeit The Virgin and Child with saints and angels (recto); A study of a mounted warrior and a pair of figures (verso) für GBP 12.600,00 (€ 14.700,38) versteigert – und damit weit über dem oberen Schätzpreis von GBP 6.000,00.
