Auction result misses estimated price range
This work of art by Giuseppe Palanti could be acquired at Il Ponte in May 2016 for an unexpectedly low price. In the Dipinti e Sculture del XIX e XX Secolo auction, the work Margherite changed hands for EUR 600.00 - missing the lower end of the estimate range of EUR 700.00 – 800.00. Admittedly, works by Giuseppe Palanti have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Donna In Riposo in June 2001 with an auction result of EUR 5,635.00.
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt die Schätzpreisspanne
Dieses Kunstwerk von Giuseppe Palanti konnte im Mai 2016 bei Il Ponte für einen unerwartet niedrigen Preis ersteigert werden. In der Auktion Dipinti e Sculture del XIX e XX Secolo wechselte die Arbeit Margherite für EUR 600,00 den Besitzer – und verfehlte damit das untere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne von EUR 700,00 – 800,00. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Giuseppe Palanti auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Donna In Riposo im Juni 2001 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 5.635,00.
