Auction result misses estimated price range
This work of art by Giuseppe Novello could be acquired at Il Ponte in November 2016 for an unexpectedly low price. In the 19th and 20th Century Paintings and Sculptures auction, the work Interno notturno changed hands for EUR 2,500.00 - missing the lower end of the estimate range of EUR 3,000.00 – 3,500.00. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Giuseppe Novello - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work The Dame with Biscuits, which sold at auction in March 2013 for EUR 8,000.00.
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt die Schätzpreisspanne
Dieses Kunstwerk von Giuseppe Novello konnte im November 2016 bei Il Ponte für einen unerwartet niedrigen Preis ersteigert werden. In der Auktion 19th and 20th Century Paintings and Sculptures wechselte die Arbeit Interno notturno für EUR 2.500,00 den Besitzer – und verfehlte damit das untere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne von EUR 3.000,00 – 3.500,00. Für andere Arbeiten von Giuseppe Novello mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit The Dame with Biscuits beobachtet, die im März 2013 für EUR 8.000,00 versteigert wurde.
