This artwork by Giuseppe Cadenasso achieved an unexpectedly high price at Bonhams in Los Angeles in November this year. In the California and Western Art Online auction, the work Twilight Trees with Pond 24 x 16 in. framed 27 3/4 x 19 3/4 in. sold for USD 4,352.00 (€ 3,989.73) - well above the upper estimate of USD 2,400.00. Despite this good result, it is not the highest hammer price for an artwork by Giuseppe Cadenasso; that achieved among the auctions we observed the lot A pool amidst a grove of trees sold at auction in August 2020 with the realized price of USD 8,825.00 (€ 7,393.60).

Dieses Kunstwerk von Giuseppe Cadenasso erzielte im November diesen Jahres bei Bonhams in Los Angeles einen unerwartet hohen Preis. In der Auktion California and Western Art Online wurde die Arbeit Twilight Trees with Pond 24 x 16 in. framed 27 3/4 x 19 3/4 in. für USD 4.352,00 (€ 3.989,73) versteigert – und damit weit über dem oberen Schätzpreis von USD 2.400,00. Trotz des guten Ergebnisses ist dies nicht der höchste Zuschlag für ein Kunstwerk von Giuseppe Cadenasso; den erzielte unter den von uns beobachteten Auktionen die Arbeit A pool amidst a grove of trees im August 2020 mit dem Hammerpreis von USD 8.825,00 (€ 7.393,60).
