However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Giuseppe Ajmone - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Pallido sole, which sold at auction in December 2021 for EUR 8,500.00.

Die Arbeit La foce del fiume von Giuseppe Ajmone kam im November 2007 bei Christies in Mailand zur Auktion. Sie erzielte dabei einen Preis von EUR 2.470,00 und übertraf damit das obere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne um 65 %. Für andere Arbeiten von Giuseppe Ajmone mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit Pallido sole beobachtet, die im Dezember 2021 für EUR 8.500,00 versteigert wurde.
