This artwork by Julius Evola achieved an unexpectedly high price at Sothebys in Milan in November 2013. In the Modern and Contemporary Art Sale auction, the work Senza Titolo sold for EUR 27,500.00 - well above the upper estimate of EUR 15,000.00. Admittedly, works by Julius Evola have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Composizione in November 2021 with an auction result of GBP 119,000.00 (€ 139,717.20).
Oberer Schätzpreis um 83 % übertroffen
Dieses Kunstwerk von Julius Evola erzielte im November 2013 bei Sothebys in Mailand einen unerwartet hohen Preis. In der Auktion Modern and Contemporary Art Sale wurde die Arbeit Senza Titolo für EUR 27.500,00 versteigert – und damit weit über dem oberen Schätzpreis von EUR 15.000,00. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Julius Evola auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Composizione im November 2021 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 119.000,00 (€ 139.717,20).
