The »bidding war« ended at GBP 1,680.00 (€ 2,493.33), 40% above the upper estimate. Admittedly, works by Giovanni Mannozzi da San Giovanni have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Head of a satyr, looking down in July 2017 with an auction result of GBP 10,000.00 (€ 11,158.46).

Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von GBP 1.680,00 (€ 2.493,33) und damit 40% über dem oberen Schätzpreis.
