This artwork by Giovanni Bartolena achieved an unexpectedly high price at Il Ponte in November 2018. In the Dipinti e Sculture del XIX e XX secolo auction, the work Garofani sold for EUR 1,200.00 - well above the upper estimate of EUR 600.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Giovanni Bartolena achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Piazza Cavour A Livorno in June 2008 with an auction result of EUR 34,350.00.

Dieses Kunstwerk von Giovanni Bartolena erzielte im November 2018 bei Il Ponte einen unerwartet hohen Preis. In der Auktion Dipinti e Sculture del XIX e XX secolo wurde die Arbeit Garofani für EUR 1.200,00 versteigert – und damit weit über dem oberen Schätzpreis von EUR 600,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Giovanni Bartolena erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Piazza Cavour A Livorno im Juni 2008 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 34.350,00.
