Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Granoturco by Gino Meloni was sold in the Arte Moderna e Contemporanea auction at Il Ponte in December 2014. The estimated price for the artwork was previously given by the auction house with a range of EUR 320.00 – 360.00, the actual price achieved of EUR 330.00 could thus just exceed the lower estimate. Admittedly, works by Gino Meloni have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Donna Astrale Controluce in February 2021 with an auction result of EUR 2,750.00.
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Die Arbeit Granoturco von Gino Meloni wurde im Dezember 2014 in der Auktion Arte Moderna e Contemporanea bei Il Ponte versteigert. Der Schätzpreis für das Kunstwerk wurde von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit einer Spanne von EUR 320,00 – 360,00 angegeben, der tatsächlich erzielte Preis von EUR 330,00 konnte den unteren Schätzpreis somit knapp übertreffen. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Gino Meloni auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Donna Astrale Controluce im Februar 2021 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 2.750,00.
