Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
The work Spazio Elastico- 16 Quadrati by Gianni Colombo was auctioned at Sothebys in Milan in November 2012. It achieved a price of EUR 58,350.00 exceeding the upper end of the estimate range by 17 %. Admittedly, works by Gianni Colombo have also been auctioned for a multiple of this price - according to our records, the highest result so far was achieved by the work Strutturazione pulsante in October 2015 with an auction result of GBP 314,500.00 (€ 439,906.95).
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Die Arbeit Spazio Elastico- 16 Quadrati von Gianni Colombo kam im November 2012 bei Sothebys in Mailand zur Auktion. Sie erzielte dabei einen Preis von EUR 58.350,00 und übertraf damit das obere Ende der Schätzpreisspanne um 17 %. Freilich wurden Arbeiten von Gianni Colombo auch schon für ein Vielfaches dieses Preises versteigert – das bisher höchste Ergebnis erzielte nach unseren Aufzeichnungen die Arbeit Strutturazione pulsante im Oktober 2015 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 314.500,00 (€ 439.906,95).
