Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
The work Look in thy glass by Gianfranco Baruchello was sold in the Modern and Contemporary Art auction at Il Ponte in December 2021. Here, the upper estimate of EUR 5,000.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for EUR 5,500.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Gianfranco Baruchello achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work E se prendessimo trenta pittori... (What if we Take Thirty Painters...) in October 2016 with an auction result of GBP 68,750.00 (€ 76,589.58).
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Die Arbeit Look in thy glass von Gianfranco Baruchello wurde im Dezember 2021 in der Auktion Modern and Contemporary Art bei Il Ponte versteigert. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von EUR 5.000,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für EUR 5.500,00 einen neuen Besitzer. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Gianfranco Baruchello erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit E se prendessimo trenta pittori... (What if we Take Thirty Painters...) im Oktober 2016 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 68.750,00 (€ 76.589,58).
