The work Ritratto femminile by Giacomo Grosso was sold in the 19th and 20th Century Paintings and Sculptures auction at Il Ponte in June this year. The »bidding war« ended at EUR 4,500.00 50% above the upper estimate. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Giacomo Grosso achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Sacra Famiglia in November 2017 with an auction result of EUR 52,000.00.
Oberer Schätzpreis um 50 % übertroffen
Die Arbeit Ritratto femminile von Giacomo Grosso wurde im Juni diesen Jahres in der Auktion 19th and 20th Century Paintings and Sculptures bei Il Ponte versteigert. Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von EUR 4.500,00 und damit 50% über dem oberen Schätzpreis. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Giacomo Grosso erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Sacra Famiglia im November 2017 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 52.000,00.
