A top price for Giacomo Favretto - as previously expected
In December 2008 Sothebys in Milan held the auction XIXth Century Paintings and Sculptures, which included the work Studio Di Nudo Femminile by Giacomo Favretto. The price achieved of EUR 60,750.00 was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as EUR 50,000.00 – 70,000.00. Even if this result could not surprise positively, Studio Di Nudo Femminile is the most expensive artwork by Giacomo Favretto that we have observed at auctions so far.
Ein Spitzenpreis mit Ansage
Im Dezember 2008 führte Sothebys in Mailand die Auktion XIXth Century Paintings and Sculptures durch, in der auch die Arbeit Studio Di Nudo Femminile von Giacomo Favretto zur Versteigerung kam. Der dabei erzielte Preis von EUR 60.750,00 lag im Rahmen der Erwartungen – die Schätzpreisspanne war von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit EUR 50.000,00 – 70.000,00 angegeben worden. Auch wenn das Ergebnis damit nicht positiv überraschen konnte, ist Studio Di Nudo Femminile das teuerste Kunstwerk von Giacomo Favretto, das wir bisher bei Auktionen beobachtet haben.
