Auction result well in line with expectations
In October 2012 Artcurial held the auction Modern Art, which included the work Nature Morte Aux Livres Et A La Pipe by Georges Rohner. It changed hands for a price of EUR 1,931.00 achieving a result in the upper range of the estimate price range of EUR 1,500.00 – 2,000.00. However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Georges Rohner - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Nu De Dos, 1952, which sold at auction in October 2011 for EUR 4,845.00.
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Im Oktober 2012 führte Artcurial die Auktion Modern Art durch, in der auch die Arbeit Nature Morte Aux Livres Et A La Pipe von Georges Rohner zur Versteigerung kam. Dabei wechselte sie für einen Preis von EUR 1.931,00 den Besitzer und erzielte damit ein Ergebnis im oberen Bereich der Schätzpreisspanne von EUR 1.500,00 – 2.000,00. Für andere Arbeiten von Georges Rohner mussten die Käufer allerdings auch schon deutlich tiefer in die Tasche greifen – das bisher höchste Auktionsergebnis haben wir für die Arbeit Nu De Dos, 1952 beobachtet, die im Oktober 2011 für EUR 4.845,00 versteigert wurde.
