Auction result well in line with expectations

The price achieved of GBP 1,680.00 (€ 2,430.93) was within expectations - the estimate range had previously been set by the auction house as GBP 1,500.00 – 2,000.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Georges-Frédéric Rötig achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Mountain Goats in October this year with an auction result of USD 42,840.00 (€ 40,537.47).
