Upper estimate price exceeded by 26 %.
In October 2021 Sothebys in Paris held the auction Art Impressionniste et Moderne Day Sale, which included the work Le coucher by Georges d' Espagnat. The »bidding war« ended at EUR 15,120.00 26% above the upper estimate. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Georges d' Espagnat achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Les Rochers Rouges - Circa 1901 in June 2016 with an auction result of EUR 336,600.00.
Oberer Schätzpreis um 26 % übertroffen
Im Oktober 2021 führte Sothebys in Paris die Auktion Art Impressionniste et Moderne Day Sale durch, in der auch die Arbeit Le coucher von Georges d' Espagnat zur Versteigerung kam. Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von EUR 15.120,00 und damit 26% über dem oberen Schätzpreis. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Georges d' Espagnat erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Les Rochers Rouges - Circa 1901 im Juni 2016 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 336.600,00.
