Auction result misses estimated price range
In June 2020 a collector was able to acquire the work La fata by Georges de Pogedaieff for EUR 500.00. This price was achieved in the auction Dipinti e Sculture del XIX e XX Secolo at Il Ponte and was even below the estimate range of EUR 700.00 – 800.00 set by the auction house. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Georges de Pogedaieff achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Theatre Set At Night in June 2015 with an auction result of GBP 52,500.00 (€ 74,024.34).
Auktionsergebnis verfehlt die Schätzpreisspanne
Im Juni 2020 konnte ein Sammler die Arbeit La fata von Georges de Pogedaieff für EUR 500,00 erwerben. Dieser Preis wurde in der Auktion Dipinti e Sculture del XIX e XX Secolo bei Il Ponte erzielt und lag noch unterhalb der von dem Auktionshaus angesetzten Schätzpreisspanne von EUR 700,00 – 800,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Georges de Pogedaieff erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Theatre Set At Night im Juni 2015 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von GBP 52.500,00 (€ 74.024,34).
