Auction result well in line with expectations
The work An Alderney Bull from Earl How's stock; An Alderney Cow in the possesion of Lord Stawell; and An Alderney Ox from the stock at Woburn Abbey by George Garrard was auctioned at Christies in London in October 2010. It changed hands for a price of GBP 375.00 (€ 432.38) achieving a result in the upper range of the estimate price range of GBP 300.00 – 400.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by George Garrard achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work An Album Of Studies Of Different Varieties Of Oxen Common In The British Isles in July 2013 with an auction result of GBP 50,000.00 (€ 57,133.71).

Die Arbeit An Alderney Bull from Earl How's stock; An Alderney Cow in the possesion of Lord Stawell; and An Alderney Ox from the stock at Woburn Abbey von George Garrard kam im Oktober 2010 bei Christies in London zur Auktion.
