In May 2009 Sothebys in London held the auction 20th Century British Art, which included the work The Skipping Girl, 1955 by George Fullard. The »bidding war« ended at GBP 10,000.00 (€ 11,439.90), 67% above the upper estimate. Despite this good result, it is not the highest hammer price for an artwork by George Fullard; that achieved among the auctions we observed the lot Glancing Woman sold at auction in July 2010 with the realized price of GBP 18,125.00 (€ 21,793.27).

Im Mai 2009 führte Sothebys in London die Auktion 20th Century British Art durch, in der auch die Arbeit The Skipping Girl, 1955 von George Fullard zur Versteigerung kam. Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von GBP 10.000,00 (€ 11.439,90) und damit 67% über dem oberen Schätzpreis. Trotz des guten Ergebnisses ist dies nicht der höchste Zuschlag für ein Kunstwerk von George Fullard; den erzielte unter den von uns beobachteten Auktionen die Arbeit Glancing Woman im Juli 2010 mit dem Hammerpreis von GBP 18.125,00 (€ 21.793,27).
