Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
The work Study of huskies heads by George Bouverie Goddard was sold in the Christie's Interiors auction at Christies in London in October 2011. Here, the upper estimate of GBP 800.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for GBP 812.50 (€ 940.31). Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by George Bouverie Goddard achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work The Meet in November 2007 with an auction result of USD 25,000.00 (€ 17,020.70).
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Die Arbeit Study of huskies heads von George Bouverie Goddard wurde im Oktober 2011 in der Auktion Christie's Interiors bei Christies in London versteigert. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von GBP 800,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für GBP 812,50 (€ 940,31) einen neuen Besitzer. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von George Bouverie Goddard erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit The Meet im November 2007 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 25.000,00 (€ 17.020,70).
