A top price for George Booth Post - as previously expected
The work Laguna Cliffs 18 x 24 in. framed 29 3/4 x 36 in. by George Booth Post was auctioned at Bonhams in Los Angeles in December last year. The estimated price for the artwork was previously given by the auction house with a range of USD 1,000.00 – 1,500.00, the actual price achieved of USD 1,020.00 (€ 953.45) could thus just exceed the lower estimate. Even if this result could not surprise positively, Laguna Cliffs 18 x 24 in. framed 29 3/4 x 36 in. is the most expensive artwork by George Booth Post that we have observed at auctions so far.

Die Arbeit Laguna Cliffs 18 x 24 in. framed 29 3/4 x 36 in. von George Booth Post kam im Dezember letzten Jahres bei Bonhams in Los Angeles zur Auktion. Der Schätzpreis für das Kunstwerk wurde von dem Auktionshaus zuvor mit einer Spanne von USD 1.000,00 – 1.500,00 angegeben, der tatsächlich erzielte Preis von USD 1.020,00 (€ 953,45) konnte den unteren Schätzpreis somit knapp übertreffen.
