Auction result well in line with expectations
In June 2017 Il Ponte held the auction Modern and Contemporary Art, which included the work Continuo 3 by Gastone Biggi. It changed hands for a price of EUR 4,500.00 achieving a result in the upper range of the estimate price range of EUR 3,000.00 – 5,000.00. Other works by Gastone Biggi have already achieved higher auction prices, for example, in May 2013 the work Spazio temporaneo was auctioned for EUR 9,000.00.
Auktionsergebnis im Rahmen der Erwartungen
Im Juni 2017 führte Il Ponte die Auktion Modern and Contemporary Art durch, in der auch die Arbeit Continuo 3 von Gastone Biggi zur Versteigerung kam. Dabei wechselte sie für einen Preis von EUR 4.500,00 den Besitzer und erzielte damit ein Ergebnis im oberen Bereich der Schätzpreisspanne von EUR 3.000,00 – 5.000,00. Andere Arbeiten von Gastone Biggi konnten bereits höhere Auktionspreise erzielen, so wurde im Mai 2013 die Arbeit Spazio temporaneo für EUR 9.000,00 versteigert.
