Upper estimated price slightly exceeded
The work Saint Elizabeth with the Virgin Mary by Gaspare Traversi was auctioned at Christies in London in December 2005. Here, the upper estimate of GBP 8,000.00 was slightly exceeded - the artwork found a new owner for GBP 9,000.00 (€ 13,063.00). Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Gaspare Traversi achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work La Rixe De Jeu in June 2010 with an auction result of EUR 1,083,950.00.
Oberer Schätzpreis leicht übertroffen
Die Arbeit Saint Elizabeth with the Virgin Mary von Gaspare Traversi kam im Dezember 2005 bei Christies in London zur Auktion. Dabei wurde der obere Schätzpreis von GBP 8.000,00 leicht übertroffen – das Kunstwerk fand für GBP 9.000,00 (€ 13.063,00) einen neuen Besitzer. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Gaspare Traversi erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit La Rixe De Jeu im Juni 2010 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von EUR 1.083.950,00.
