Auction result well in line with expectations
The work Projet De Décor De Théâtre by Gaspare Galliari was auctioned at Artcurial in Paris in October 2014. It changed hands for a price of EUR 569.00 achieving a result in the upper range of the estimate price range of EUR 400.00 – 600.00. Of course, this price has nothing to do with the top prices that other works by Gaspare Galliari achieve. The highest price we have observed so far was reached by the work Stage set design of a partly overgrown rotunda seen from under an arch (i); Stage set design of a palace façade seen from under a bridge with Gothic arches (ii) in January 2020 with an auction result of USD 7,500.00 (€ 6,761.02).

Die Arbeit Projet De Décor De Théâtre von Gaspare Galliari kam im Oktober 2014 bei Artcurial in Paris zur Auktion. Dabei wechselte sie für einen Preis von EUR 569,00 den Besitzer und erzielte damit ein Ergebnis im oberen Bereich der Schätzpreisspanne von EUR 400,00 – 600,00. Dieser Preis hat freilich nichts mit den Spitzenpreisen zu tun, die andere Arbeiten von Gaspare Galliari erzielen. Den höchsten von uns bisher beobachteten Preis erreichte die Arbeit Stage set design of a partly overgrown rotunda seen from under an arch (i); Stage set design of a palace façade seen from under a bridge with Gothic arches (ii) im Januar 2020 mit einem Auktionsergebnis von USD 7.500,00 (€ 6.761,02).
