However, buyers have had to dig much deeper into their pockets for other works by Gaspar Peeter Verbruggen the Younger - we have observed the highest auction result to date for the work Tulips, roses, carnations, lilies, chrysanthemums and other flowers in an urn on a stone ledge, a bough of oranges, pears, grapes, cherries, nectarines and plums above, which sold at auction in December 2001 for GBP 52,875.00 (€ 86,390.42).
