In March 2019 Christies in London held the auction The George Michael Collection Online Auction, which included the work (i) Towards a Solar Eclipse April 23rd 1998 (ii) Towards a Solar Eclipse May 1st 1998 (iii) Towards a Solar Eclipse Dartmoor March 20th 1998 by Garry Fabian Miller. The »bidding war« ended at GBP 11,250.00 (€ 13,057.53), 61% above the upper estimate. Despite this good result, it is not the highest hammer price for an artwork by Garry Fabian Miller; that achieved among the auctions we observed the lot Northern Sun I September sold at auction in March 2019 with the realized price of GBP 16,250.00 (€ 18,860.88).

Im März 2019 führte Christies in London die Auktion The George Michael Collection Online Auction durch, in der auch die Arbeit (i) Towards a Solar Eclipse April 23rd 1998 (ii) Towards a Solar Eclipse May 1st 1998 (iii) Towards a Solar Eclipse Dartmoor March 20th 1998 von Garry Fabian Miller zur Versteigerung kam. Das »Bietergefecht« endete beim Preis von GBP 11.250,00 (€ 13.057,53) und damit 61% über dem oberen Schätzpreis. Trotz des guten Ergebnisses ist dies nicht der höchste Zuschlag für ein Kunstwerk von Garry Fabian Miller; den erzielte unter den von uns beobachteten Auktionen die Arbeit Northern Sun I September im März 2019 mit dem Hammerpreis von GBP 16.250,00 (€ 18.860,88).
